Aids Action Europe

The aim of this manual is to outline a training course that is as interactive as possible, in order to allow trainees to use their analytical, critical and creative skills. We believe that creatively engaging people is essential to giving them the motivation to learn. Trainers are strongly recommended to consider using at least some of the activities and experiential exercises provided in the second part or create some of their own, as they see fit. In order to help trainers present information during the training course, the information provided in the first part of the manual is summarized again in part two, in bullet points. This is, by necessity, a very concise summary, and assumes that the trainer has first familiarized themself thoroughly with part one, in order to be able to answer any questions that may emerge within the group.
