MOPAC

It says of itself: "Our vision at the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) is to make London a safe city for all. The Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 established a Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for each police force area across England and Wales. In London, the elected Mayor – Sadiq Khan - is the occupant of the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC). Our priorities are:

  • Reducing and preventing violence
  • Increasing trust and confidence
  • Better supporting victims of crime
  • Protecting people from being exploited or harmed

We also determine how best to distribute budgets and we are responsible for delivering the Mayor’s Police and Crime Plan for London."
